I Have Lived In San Francisco for 30 Years

J.F. writes: I live near the Palace of Fine Arts and the smash and grabs are daily, and we have had our catalytic converter stolen from in front of our home. The amount of drug dealing in my neighborhood and the surrounding areas has definitely increased. Each day there is someone naked passed out in a doorway. It is appalling that our local government is allowing this. We need more police officers to assist with getting the drug dealers off the streets.
