Drugs are Destroying Lives

K.M. Commented: “I have to walk to work from a BART stop in San Francisco. Every day I see homeless people who are high on drugs, both during my early morning commute, and the afternoon trip back home. When will someone take action to help the people addicted? The City spends hundreds of millions of dollars every year on social services, so my question is this: WHY ARE WE STILL SEEING PEOPLE SUFFERING ON OUR STREETS? Our leaders at city hall keep making promises, but where is the money going? I sure don’t see much change for the better. It’s getting worse.”
